Differences in products of needle punched recycled spunbond

2024-04-01 78

Needle punched non-woven fabric and water spunlaced non-woven fabric both belong to non-woven fabric (also known as non-woven fabric), and are two types of dry/mechanical reinforcement in non-woven fabric. As the name suggests, the biggest difference in technology between the two is the reinforcement of mechanical needles and mechanical high-pressure water needles. The difference in technology directly affects the functional application of the finished product.

The weight of needle punched non-woven fabric is generally higher than that of water punched non-woven fabric. The raw materials for spunlace non-woven fabric are relatively expensive, the fabric surface is delicate, and the production process is cleaner than needle punching. Hygiene and medical/hygiene/beauty use are relatively widespread. Needling materials are more extensive and diverse than water needling, including filter materials, felt materials, geotextiles, and so on.

The difference between acupuncture and water needling: Acupuncture is generally thicker, with a weight of over 80 grams, thicker fibers, rough texture, and small pinholes on the surface. The common weight of prickly cloth is below 80 grams, while the special weight ranges from 120 to 250 grams, but it is rare. The texture of the prickly cloth is delicate, with small longitudinal stripes on the surface.
