Observation of exterior details
1. Pattern clarity: The printed pattern lines should be smooth and free of burrs, the edges of the text should be clean and not blurry, the color blocks should be uniform without obvious color difference, white exposure or ghosting, and the pattern should adhere to the non-woven fabric surface without curling or wrinkling.
2. Overprint accuracy: If it is multi-color printing, the overlapping of patterns of different colors should be aligned accurately, without displacement or offset, to avoid problems such as "ghosting" and "edge exposure".
3. Surface cleanliness: The printed area and surrounding non-woven fabric have no excess ink dots, stains, or impurities, and the non-woven fabric itself has no defects such as damage or wire drawing.
Printing firmness test
1. Friction test: Use a dry white cotton cloth or tissue to rub back and forth several times on the printing surface, and high-quality printing will not show obvious color fading or ink peeling; If the color fades with slight friction, it indicates insufficient ink adhesion.
2. Scratch resistance test: Gently scratch the printed pattern with a fingernail, and qualified printing will not be easily scraped off, nor will ink stick to the fingernail.
3. Temperature and humidity resistance test (optional): Place the sample in a normal temperature and humidity environment for 24 hours, or briefly in a mild humidity environment, and observe whether the pattern appears blurred or discolored; For scenarios that require exposure to high temperatures, the printing stability can be checked after slight heating.
Environmental protection and adaptability inspection
1. RPET non-woven fabric itself is a recycled and environmentally friendly material. High quality printing uses environmentally friendly ink, which has no pungent odor and only a slight odor from the ink itself. If the odor is too strong, it may be inferior ink and pose environmental hazards.
2. The printing ink needs to be compatible with the characteristics of RPET non-woven fabric, so as not to cause the non-woven fabric to become hard or brittle due to ink corrosion, and to maintain the original flexibility of the non-woven fabric.
