1、 Classified by production process

RPET spunbond non-woven fabric:Using spunbond technology, the melted RPET raw material is extruded into silk and directly laid into a mesh and heat bonded to form. The surface is flat and smooth, with uniform texture and good stiffness, suitable for lightweight, disposable or functional scenarios.

RPET melt blown non-woven fabric:Made by melt blown technology, the fibers are extremely fine, the structure is fluffy, the porosity is high, and the filtration and adsorption properties are outstanding. It is often used in combination with spunbond non-woven fabrics.

RPET needle punched non-woven fabric ( stitchbond ):Reinforced with needle punching technology, the fiber mesh has a rough surface, a thick and fluffy feel, balanced longitudinal and transverse strength, and high tear strength, suitable for fields that require thickness and strength.

RPET water jet non-woven fabric:By relying on high-pressure water flow to entangle fibers, the texture is soft, skin friendly, and breathable, and it is commonly used in hygiene, home wiping, and other scenarios.

RPET stitched non-woven fabric:Using stitching technology and reinforcing the fiber mesh with warp knitted coil structure, the structure is stable and durable, and can be processed into various functional products.

RPET composite non-woven fabric:Composed of non-woven fabrics using various processes (such as spunbond and meltblown composites), it combines the performance advantages of different processes to meet more complex usage needs.

2、 Other auxiliary classifications

According to fiber morphology: long filament type, short filament type.

According to functional characteristics: hydrophilic, antibacterial, anti-static, flame retardant, etc. (achieved through post-processing).

According to certification standards: GRS certification, ordinary recycled type, etc.
